If you want to know what we hold about you, or you want it removed, write to that address. You will have an answer within a month.
What we collect
We collect what you fill in yourself and what any website is handed by your browser.
If you use the contact form: your name, email address, company name, project type and your message.
If you order the assessment: your name, email address, company name, country, VAT number if you provide one, and the amount and status of your payment. Your payment details themselves, such as your account or card number, never reach us. The payment provider handles those.
If you take the assessment: your answers, the outcome and the report we write about it.
On every visit: our server records the IP address, the time, the page requested and your browser type in a log file. We need that to spot faults and abuse.
Why we do it
- To answer your question and make you an offer. Basis: your request and our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry.
- To deliver the assessment, write the report and hold the feedback session. Basis: performance of our contract.
- To invoice and keep our books. Basis: our legal obligation.
- To run and secure the website. Basis: our legitimate interest.
- To measure how the site is used. Basis: your consent, and only if you give it.
Who else sees your data
We sell nothing on and pass nothing to third parties for their own purposes. We do use parties that work for us:
- Hostinger, our server, located in Germany. The website, the orders and the enquiries live there.
- Mollie B.V. (Netherlands) for payment. Mollie sees your name, email address, amount and payment method.
- Tally (Belgium) for the form you use to request a project manager.
- The European Commission, if you give a VAT number. We check that number against VIES, the European VAT register.
- Google Ireland Limited for Google Analytics, and only after you have given consent. Data may then travel to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
The fonts and every other file on this site come from our own server. No request goes to an external font or script network when you open a page.
Cookies
This site places no tracking cookie without your consent.

How long we keep it
- Contact form enquiries: two years after the last contact, unless an assignment follows from it.
- Orders, invoices and related records: seven years, because Dutch tax law requires it.
- Assessment answers and the report: two years after the feedback session. If you want them gone sooner, we delete them.
- Server logs: thirty days.
Your rights
You may ask us for access to your data, for correction, for erasure, for restriction of processing and for your data to be transferred. You may object to processing based on legitimate interest, and you may withdraw consent at any time.
If we cannot sort it out together, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or to the supervisory authority in the country where you live.
Security
The site runs entirely over an encrypted connection. Orders and enquiries sit on a server only we can reach. We store no payment details.
Changes
If our service or the parties we work with change, we update this statement. The date at the top shows when that last happened.
