Version of 20 September 2026.
1. Who we are
Next Level Project Management (NLPM) is a trade name of HBEE B.V., Ekkersrijt 1412, 5692 AK Son, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 59713976, establishment number 000028978048, VAT number NL853615238B01. Reachable at office@nlpm.eu. In these terms we call ourselves NLPM and we call you the client.
2. What these terms apply to
These terms apply to every offer from NLPM and to every agreement between NLPM and the client, unless we agree otherwise in writing. The client's own terms do not apply, even where we do not expressly reject them.
3. Our services
NLPM does two things. We match organizations with qualified project managers, and we deliver the Project Manager Qualification Assessment. These terms cover both, and the articles about the assessment apply only if you buy it.
4. How the agreement is formed
An agreement is formed when you place an order and we confirm it, or when we confirm an assignment in writing. For the assessment we confirm your order by email as soon as the payment has been received.
5. Prices and VAT
All prices on the site are in euros and exclude VAT. The Project Manager Qualification Assessment costs 1499 euro excluding VAT. At checkout we calculate VAT from your country and your VAT number. If you supply a valid VAT number from another member state, we reverse charge the VAT. We check that number against VIES, the register of the European Commission.
6. Payment
Payment is made in advance and online, through our payment provider Mollie. We start delivery as soon as payment has been received. If we agree to invoice you, the term is fourteen days unless we agree otherwise.
7. What you get and when
- Access to the online assessment, usually within one working day of your payment.
- An individual report based on your answers.
- A personal feedback session of 1.5 to 3 hours, scheduled together. We schedule that session within ten working days of your purchase, unless you prefer a later date.
The assessment is a behavioural measurement with human interpretation. It is not a psychological examination and not a medical or diagnostic test.
8. Right of withdrawal
If you buy as a consumer, so not on behalf of a business or profession, you have fourteen days to change your mind, counted from the day the agreement is concluded. Within that period you can cancel without giving a reason by writing to office@nlpm.eu, and you get your money back within fourteen days.
If you want to start before that period ends, we ask you at checkout to agree to this expressly. You then also declare that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully delivered. If you have started but the service is not complete, you pay for the part we have already delivered.
If you buy as a business, no statutory right of withdrawal applies.
9. Rescheduling and cancelling the session
The feedback session can be rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. If you cancel later or do not appear, we may treat the session as delivered. If we have to reschedule, we offer a new date.
10. What we expect from you
You complete the assessment yourself, honestly and without help from anyone else. If someone else fills it in, the outcome is worthless and your claim to a new attempt lapses. You make sure the details you give us are correct.
11. Confidentiality
Your answers and your report are yours. We do not share them with clients or anyone else unless you give us written permission for that specific case. What we hear from you about your work, your team or your client stays with us.
12. Intellectual property
The assessment, the questionnaire, the structure of the report and all material around it remain the property of NLPM or of the party that licenses it to NLPM. You may use and share your own report. You may not copy, resell or publish the test material.
13. Liability
We do our work as well as we can. An assessment gives insight, it gives no guarantee about how a project turns out or about an application you make. Decisions you take on the basis of the report are your own.
Our liability per event is limited to the amount you paid for the assignment concerned. We are not liable for consequential loss, lost revenue or lost savings. This limit does not apply in case of intent or deliberate recklessness on our side, nor where the law forbids it.
14. Complaints
If you have a complaint, report it within fourteen days of the session to office@nlpm.eu. We respond on the substance within fourteen days. If we cannot resolve it, the courts are open to you. Consumers may also submit their complaint through the European online dispute resolution platform.
15. Law and jurisdiction
Dutch law applies to our agreements. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands. If you are a consumer living in another member state, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of your own country.
