Five steps from request to onboarding
We do not send CVs. The process starts with your project and ends once the project manager is inside and running.
- Project analysis. We map your project context, constraints, risk profile and stakeholder landscape. What is at stake, where the pressure sits, who needs to come along.
- Competence profile. We define the leadership behaviour, communication style and handling of complexity the project calls for. That profile belongs to your project, not to a job framework.
- Data-driven matching. We assess project managers against those requirements, on structured and comparable data.
- Focused selection. You receive a short selection of candidates most likely to stabilize execution quickly, with the reasoning for each.
- Supported onboarding. We support the transition into your organization, so acceptance and alignment happen faster.
Lead time
Typically 2 to 14 days to a match, depending on the complexity of the project. A bounded assignment with a clear profile moves faster than a program with four steering committees.
What we need from you
- A conversation about the project: goal, phase, where it is stuck now
- A view of the stakeholders and of who takes the decisions
- The constraints: budget, duration, days per week, location
- Honesty about what went wrong before. That saves us the most time
What we assess
Five dimensions, all behaviour in a project context:
- Leadership behaviour in complex environments
- Decision-making under uncertainty and pressure
- Communication with stakeholders
- Handling pace, ambiguity and escalation
- Cultural and team fit within the project context
What sits behind that is set out in our qualification approach. If you are a project manager yourself and want to know how you come out, see the assessment.
After the placement
We stay reachable during the first period. If the cooperation runs differently than expected, we want to hear it while something can still be done. A placement that breaks down halfway costs you more than an awkward conversation in week three.
What this is not
This is not a staffing process and not a database search. We do not have a thousand profiles ready, and that is the point. If you want a CV tomorrow, you are better off with an agency built for that. Why we work this way is explained under why NLPM.
